When placing an order, please *double-check* to make sure your shipping address is correct and complete.  Customers are responsible for verifying this information. Our shop is not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses.

Customers have 24 hours after the order placement to cancel it. Because our items are made to order, any cancelations after this will not be accepted.

However, we cannot replace items or give refunds for damage that occurs during shipping. Additionally, we are not responsible for, and will not replace items or give refunds for, packages lost in shipping.**
