Return & Refund Policy

ALLERGY ALERT: Our products are processed on equipment that also processes food with allergens that include but are not limited to: dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, wheat. 

Some freeze-dried candy can be very delicate, and we do our best to package our treats securely. However, we cannot replace items or give refunds for damage that occurs during shipping. 

Additionally, we are not responsible for, and will not replace items or give refunds for, packages lost in shipping. Please contact us at Robyn@tuckerstastytreats.com for any questions or concerns.

Customers have 24 hours after the order placement to cancel it. Because our items are made to order, any cancellations after this will not be accepted.
